Pure, all-natural ingredients and attractive, unique packaging have made Dorothy Prentice Aromatherapy® a much sought-after brand in the hospitality industry. Dorothy Prentice soaps, lotions, and beauty aids are seen in first class hotels, resorts, and spas around the world and uphold a reputation for quality and elegance.

Headquartered in Northern Virginia, Dorothy Prentice Aromatherapy® was established in 1994 for the promotion of healthful living through the creation of fine toiletries, fragrances, and aromatherapy oils. Originally a specialty boutique and spa, DPA, Inc. quickly succeeded in promoting aromatherapy in its highest forms. Spa patrons loved the signature fragrances and requested products for purchase, prompting Dorothy Prentice to consider expansion.

In 1995, Dorothy launched the wholesale division of DPA, Inc. Initially products were marketed high end department stores and exclusive gift shops. Yet as the demand for Dorothy's herbal blends and notions rose, wholesale interests soon branched into the hospitality industry. There, hotel chains looked to Dorothy Prentice for luxury bath and travel products to distribute under their own unique images.

In 1996, DPA, Inc. entered the international business arena as it began marketing its products to hotels in Europe and the Pacific Rim. While the products in the Dorothy Prentice line have evolved and the scope of their business has expanded, one aspect of the business goes unchanged: DPA, Inc.'s commitment to working closely with hotel and spa owners and managers in realizing their customer service goals.

Already valued for her expertise in environmental fragrances and as a consultant to hotels, spas and department stores, Dorothy's awareness of evolving market trends and her knowledge of new product developments will continue to allow her customers to offer products that please their discriminating clientèles. With the re-launch of DPA's website, it is the intent of the company to broaden the reach of Dorothy Prentice Aromatherapy®, allowing the hospitality industry, retail stores, and customers access to Dorothy's catalog of rejuvenating, therapeutic bath products.
